
The Christchurch Alpine Cliff Rescue team (Christchurch ACR) is a small, high profile group of professionally trained, enthusiastic alpine rescue personnel involved in any rescue activity mainly in the Canterbury region beyond the scope of normal ambulance, Fire, Landsar search teams or police rescue services .
Our team has various levels of private experienced mountaineers & climbers, rescue instructors, Police SAR personal who are all highly trained in the areas of steep or vertical rock faces, steep terrain or access into mountain environments.
